At Johnson Graphix & Designz, all items are sold as is due to the custom nature of our products. Please review all product descriptions and previews carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and processing has begun.

2. Refunds (Under Extreme Conditions)

Refunds will only be issued under extreme circumstances, such as:

• Orders damaged during shipping.
• Incorrect items received due to our error.
• Major quality defects verified by our support team.

If eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 admin@johnsongraphix.com with photos and a detailed explanation.
Once reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or issue is due to our error.

4. Custom Orders

All custom or personalized designs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
